Returns & Refunds
Please note that all items are hand made, and therefore minor imperfections may occur. Please read the Important Information page.
Refunds and exchanges are available should the product be faulty or damaged in transit. There is no refund for change of mind.
A product shall be categorised as 'faulty' only if such imperfections impede its intended functionality. Minor deviations from perfection will not be considered faulty, provided the product remains fully functional for its intended purpose and is safe to burn.
Where a product is thought to be faulty, or has been damaged in shipping, please email trish@flameboyance.com.au within 5 days of receiving the order, and I'll do my best to resolve the issue as quickly and as smoothly as possible. In your email please include your name and delivery address as well as pictures of the faulty/damaged product.
